Platform Overview

FirmGated operates as a non-custodial Administrative Data Organizer and Local Workspace Workflow Automation Tool. It enables users to connect alerts from TradingView, TrendSpider, custom webhooks, and other signal sources to user-selected brokerage or prop firm accounts through user-authorized routing workflows. FirmGated does not hold customer funds, receive deposits, or transfer money into or out of your accounts.

By using FirmGated, you acknowledge and assume those risks and agree to release and indemnify FirmGated, its Affiliates, vendors, licensors, contractors, and personnel from claims or damages arising from your use.
• Automated trading systems involve inherent risks, including significant financial loss. Predetermined rules, safeguards, and algorithms may not adapt to changing market conditions and may be unsuitable for some investors. Safeguards, Target-Lock, and Market Regime Tools

• Safeguards indicators, market regime tools, Target-Lock checks, and prop-rule summaries are optional platform features configured by you. They are not guarantees of compliance, profitability, or loss prevention.
• A safeguard may fail to trigger, trigger late, trigger incorrectly, or be bypassed by your settings, upstream signals, broker behavior, or market conditions.
• FirmGated is not liable for evaluation failures, funded account terminations, drawdown violations, duplicate orders, missed trades, or losses arising from your reliance on any safeguard or market regime indicator.
• Prop firm and broker rule summaries are best-effort references only. Rules change frequently and may differ by account type or evaluation stage. Confirm policies directly with your provider before deploying automation.

Trading Risk

• Futures, options, equities, and crypto trading involve substantial risk and may result in losses exceeding expectations.
• Strategy automation can amplify mistakes when strategy logic, symbol mapping, account configuration, or safeguard settings are wrong.
• Past performance, paper results, or evaluation-account results do not guarantee live results.

Third-Party Dependencies

• FirmGated depends on your signal source, internet connection, broker APIs, exchange systems, and prop firm infrastructure.
• Those services may impose rate limits, outages, delays, or rejections outside FirmGated's control.
• FirmGated's safeguards and monitoring tools may help you manage platform-level risk, but they do not eliminate market, broker, or strategy risk.
