- Broker connection details such as provider, account name, account type, and username.
- Trade records including strategy names, tickers, actions, quantities, timestamps, and results.
- Basic device and network information used for login security, abuse prevention, and support.
- Connection status data used to confirm broker workflow continuity.
2. How Information Is Used
- To create and protect user accounts.
- To connect your strategies, subscriptions, and broker accounts.
- To keep your trade history so you can review it and we can help with support.
- To monitor reliability, detect abuse, and improve platform safety.
- To operate FirmGated as an Administrative Data Organizer and Local Workspace Workflow Automation Tool.
3. Sharing & Processors
FirmGated does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by infrastructure or communications providers used to operate the service, such as database, email, hosting, and caching providers, only to the extent needed to deliver the platform.
4. Retention & Security
FirmGated retains account, trade, and activity records for continuity, compliance, and abuse prevention. Your broker credentials are encrypted before being stored and kept separate from your other account data. Credential synchronization uses approved broker connection workflows for the selected account environment.
