Private Beta Founder Program Terms

• Founder status is limited to the first 20 applicants FirmGated approves for the private beta. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee approval or founder status.
• Approved founders receive one 30-day private-beta trial on the tier and recurring add-ons they select. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to paid recurring billing using the payment method provided at checkout.
• The lifetime founder discount is determined by the active tier: 20% on Core, 30% on Edge, 40% on Pro, and 50% on Alpha. The same percentage applies to all recurring add-ons on that subscription.
• Monthly plans renew monthly. Annual plans renew annually and retain the standard annual pricing reduction before the founder percentage is applied. Recurring add-ons are billed monthly.
• A continuously retained tier or add-on keeps its underlying price. If a founder switches tiers, the destination tier uses its then-current public price and its corresponding founder percentage.
• If an add-on is removed and later re-added, the re-added item uses its then-current public price. Quantities added later also use the price then available.
• Founder eligibility follows the approved FirmGated account and is non-transferable. Upgrades, downgrades, and uninterrupted add-on changes do not by themselves forfeit eligibility.
• A failed renewal receives a seven-day payment-recovery period. Successful recovery within that period preserves founder eligibility.
• Canceling the subscription, allowing it to expire, or failing to cure payment within seven days permanently forfeits founder eligibility. Rejoining later does not restore it.
• Subscriptions can be changed or canceled from FirmGated billing settings. Access continues according to the applicable billing-period and cancellation terms shown at checkout and in the Terms of Service.
